He leaves behind his wife, 1 son, Kow Hock Siew, 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law, Chua Keng Teng, 1 daughter-in-law and 1 granddaughter. He is buried in Bukit Brown, Block 3 Division A, plot 272 and 1/2 of 256.
Mrs. Kow Soon Chiang nee Madam Neo Liam Neo passed away at the age of 56 at her residence, No. 25 Cheng Tuan Street on 30 September 1932. He leaves behind her only son, Kow Hock Siew, 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, Chua Keng Teng and Wee Wi Lee, 1 daughter-in-law and 2 grand-daughters.

Kow Hock Siew passed away at the age of 39 on 24 August 1946. He leaves behind is wife, 2 daughters, Irene Kow and Emily Kow, only son, Freddie Kow and 1 sister, Mrs. Wee Wee Li
