Madam Tan Sai Kim passed away on 16 January 1962. Part of the shoulder of the tomb is now overgrown by the roots of a fig tree while on the other shoulder, the names of her children are still visible.

Madam Tan Sai Kim was listed as 54 when she passed away at her residence on 16 January 1962 leaving behind a son, Koh Hung Chua, a daughter and a daughter-in-law. The cortege left from 102 Tras Street. Koh Hung Chua, Tan Hock San and family of the late Madam Tan Sai Kim thank doctor of Hong's Clinic, friends, relatives and association for their kind expression of sympathy and assistance.

Possible connection
Koh Eng Hian and Koh Buck Choo appeared in the obituary notice of Madam Soh Swee Neo who passed away at the age of 75 on 29 January 1994. Her husband, Lim Han Kim passed away at the age of 71 on 17 February 1987.
