Khoo Choon Hoe passed away at the age of 45 at his residence, No. 47 Upper Serangoon Road on 23 March 1939, leaving behind his mother (Mrs. Khoo Boon Seng), wife, 2 sons and 3 daughters. Listed on his tomb are the name of his children;

Khoo Boon Seng passed away on 4th October 1935. His wife, Madam Soh Jang Neo passed away on 17th August 1954.

Miss Nellie Khoo (eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Khoo Choon Hoe) got engaged to Mr. Seow Cheng Swee (eldest son of Mr. Seow Kway Fee and the late Madam Lim Kwan Geok). Anthony Seow Cheng Swee passed away on 15 May 1993 at the age of 72.

Second Lieutenant Joseph Seow of the Armed Forces (son of Mr. and Mrs Cheng Swee) married Miss Lim Seok Lee (daughter of the Mr. Lim Chong Pang and Madam Chia Cheow Moey) at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in January 1972.

Daughter: Ivy Khoo
Ivy Khoo ( daughter of Madam Mary Lim Guat Neo and the late Mr. Khoo Choon Hoe) married Mr. Ng Hong Hon (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ng Kong Wai) in January 1961. 400 guest attended the wedding dinner held at the Wing Choon Yuen restaurant in the Great World. Both bride and groom worked at the Sandilands Buttery and Co. Ltd as clerks.

Mr. and Mrs. Khoo Boon Seng is buried in Hill 1 Section E, plot 41.
