Kee Keng Pye passed away at the age of 60 on 28 January 1939. Listed on his tomb are the name of his children;

The marriage took place on 22 October 1933 at No. 83 Neil Road between Mr. Kee Nia Seong (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Kee Keng Pye) and Miss Tan Lin Neo (daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tan Cheng).
Kee Nai Siong was the Teasurer of the Nanyang Kee Sie Kong Huay in 1952. The President at the time was Mr. Kee Koh Keong, Secretary, Kee Boon Thee. The Kong Huay was established in September 1951 and had about 230 members.
