The marble headstone with lead etching was broken from the top right down to bottom in 2 parts. Fortunately we are still able to see who is buried there after some clean-up.

Chi Cik alias Miss Tan Hood Neo was only 5 years old when she passed away. In the burial entry her age was listed as only 3 years old.

It is interesting to note that the time it took to built the tomb was slightly more than a month as the below headstone clearly stated it was erected on 10 June 1928. This gives a good indication of possibly of how it needs to construct a tomb after one pass away. 

Family 

Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Tan Teng Leong

The engagement was announced on 7 March 1922 of Mr. Tan Teng Leong (eldest son of the late Mr. Tan Chin Seng and Clerk of The Asiatic Petroleum Co, (SS) Ltd to Miss Chan Wan Neo (second daughter o Mr. Chan Cheng Kang). The marriage was reported to take place on 8 May 1922. 

I believe that makes Chi Chik alias Tan Hood Neo their first born child.

Tan Teng Leong was long associated with The Sepoy Lines Funeral Association (where Lee Hoon Leong was once its President). It was from the 14th annual general meeting in 1927, i got insight that Mr. Tan Teng Leong residence was in No. 39 Everton Road. Other clubs he is associated with include the Straits Union Football Club and Union Sporting Association. 

What happened to Tan Teng Leong? An article dated 8 March 1951 gave me some insights and adds to that mystery. The Shell Malaya retiring fund for employees of Shell Co. of Singapore stated that 9 did not return for $3000 after war. 9 person are the last of about 50 employees who failed to report back got work after war or forwarded any claim for the provident fund. One of those named was Tan Teng Leong. As Tan Teng Leong was Clerk of The Asiatic Petroleum Co, (SS) which became Shell later, it is very possibly the same person. 

9 did not return to collect their $3000 retirement funds 

Uncle: Tan Teng Wee

Tan Teng Wee passed away at the age of 28 at his residence, No. 39 Everton Road on 11 December 1927. He is the second son of the late Mr. Tan Chin Seng and brother of Tan Teng Leong. He leaves behind a mother, sister and brother. On his tomb it states that Mr Tan Teng Leong (name partially covered by fern)  is the brother of Mr. Tan Teng Wee. This corresponds with the legal advertisement put up by Mr. Tan Teng Leong to inform creditors to claim against the Estate of the late Tan Teng Wee.
