Song Kim Swee and Wee Guan Neo (Bukit Brown)

The tomb of Mr. Song Kim Swee is another example where the death date is not etched on the tomb but through newspaper article and confirmation of burial record, he is indeed buried there. His wife passed away first in 1925 and the construction included the tomb of her husband even before he passed away. 

Mrs. Song Kim Swee alias Wee Guan Neo passed away at the age of 56 at 1 Martin Lane on 28 May 1927.  In the newspaper article it was stated that she left behind besides her husband, 
4 sons: Song Tian Choo, Song Teck Hee, Song Choo Cheng, Song Teck Chuan
4 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law (Mrs. Song Tian Choo), 
5 sons-in-law ( Chan Siew Jin, Seet Chee Bee, Sng Cheng Hin, Khoo Boon Chwee, Tan Soo Chim)
and 15 gandchildren to mourn her loss. 

Mr. Song Kim Swee passed away at the age of 73 on 1 September 2603 (1943) at 130 Emerald Hill Road. He leaves behind;
3 sons and daughters-in-law;
Mr. and Mrs. Song Teck Hee, Mr. and Mrs. Song Choo Cheng and Mr. and Mrs. Song Teck Chuan
5 daughters and sons-in-law;
Mr. and Mrs. Chan Siew Jin, Mr. and Mrs. Seet Chee Bee, Mr. and Mrs. Sng Cheng Hin, Mr. and Mrs. Khoo Boon Chwee, Mr. and Mrs. Tan Soo Chim
30 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Song Teck Hee was a Raffles Institution student and graduated with distinction in shorthand and typing for the London Chamber of Commerce Senior Examinations (1925). Song Teck Hee and his brother Song Teck Chuan are closely associated to the Singapore Shorthand Writers' Association and were office bearers for the year 1926. 
Song Teck Hee, Joseph passed away at the age of 78 on 10 August 1983. He leaves behind;

Song Teck Hee was a Y.M.C.A candidate and gained a Junior Typewrting and Shortand for London Chamber of Commerce Examinations (1925).

Song Teck Chuan was a Raffles Institution who gained his Senior certificate in Typewriting from the London Chamber of Commerce Senior Examinations (1926)

Sng Cheng Hin passed away at the age of 66 on 5 March 1956. 
Madam Song Seck Ann passed away at the age of 85 on 11 February 1979. She leaves behind;
