Birdwatching in MacRitchie Reservoir (December 30, 2015)

Went down to MacRitchie Reservoir Park with the goal of spotting birds in Jelutong Tower which i have not been for many years. Since i am on leave this week, why not make a trip. Long story short, did not see many birds today. Either i am not skillful or just plain unlucky or both. But neverthless it was a great day for me as i spotted the Culogo (or flying lemur). So this article although is titled "Birdwatching in MacRitchie Reservoir", it is the other non-feathered creatures that i spotted being featured here more ! The other picture i liked was a Baby Long-tailed macaque feeding on simpoh air (Dillenia suffruticosa).

Birds i saw:
  1. Scarlet-backed Flowerpecker
  2. Striped Tit-babbler
  3. Blue-tailed Bee-eater
  4. Pink-necked Pigeon
