Land in Tiong Bahru

From a court case, we get insight on a Tiong Bahru land (9 acres and 7 poles) that has 2 graves on the property as well as a brick and tiled house. The land was once owned by a well-known chinese gentleman by the name of Mr. Lim Lee Ack  (Lim Liak / Lim Leack) who died some years ago and now the land is in the property of his grandson and nephew.  (namely Lim Chan Sin and Lim Chin Chye (son of Lim Chan Siew). The were claims that it was worth $65,000 while the Municipal Assessor $27,000. The final judgment came to $55,000. As for the 2 tombs or graves on the property, the graves are the tombs Lim Teck Whee and his maternal grandmother, Madam Chan Kiam Soon (1790-1863), whose daughter, Yeo Im Neo married Mr. Lim Liak.
