Miss Goh Bock Neo is the daughter of Mr. Goh Keng Ann. On her lead etched marble tomb, it reads;

On the burial registrar, Miss Goh Bock Neo is listed at Goh Bok Neo. Her age in the burial registrar is listed at 16 ( while on the tomb she is roughly 14 years of age).

Going through my records, i found record of a Mrs. Goh Keng Ann nee Khoo Liew Neo, who passed away at the age of 32 on 7 August 1915. 

The names of her children listed on her tomb; 

Sons: Goh Peng Lock, Goh Peng Chwee

Daughters: Goh Chwee Neo, Goh Kee Neo, Goh Kim Neo, Goh Hong Neo, Goh Soon Neo, Goh Bock Neo. (If this was correct, Miss Goh Bock Neo would have been less then 2 years old when her mother passed away). 

I gotten insight about Mr. Goh Keng Ann, who around 1909 was an assistant storekeeper to Boustead and Co. His father-in-law was Khoo Teck Keng and he lived with him. Goh Keng Ann stayed with his wife and father-in-law in a house in Neil Road.
