Mrs. Quek Tiang Swee nee Madam Chua Teng Neo passed away at the age of 47 on 4 May 1939. The tomb is unique with the headstone bearing the flags of the Republic of China.
Other than that, i have no concrete information about them. There is no mentioned on the tomb of any children as well.

I have seen such symbols before which are more detailed and this flags usually denote the early flags of the Republic of China. (see Tan Tang Niah ; Yeo Tuck Quan).
