Ang Ann Hoe of the Department of Excise, Singapore married Miss Pong Pan Yong of Kuala Lumpur in May 1935. Ms. Pong Pan Yong is Margaret Pong (the name edged on the tomb as daughter-in-law).

New Syonan's first woman settler - Mrs. Ang Ann Hoe
In a propaganda piece dated 19 January 1944, Mrs. Ang Ann Hoe was labelled as the New Syonan's first woman settler photographed with a changkol in front of the construction offices of the Oversea-Chinese Association, New Syonan. In another article dated 27 April 1944, she was interviewed stating that she went up (Endau, Johore) in January (corresponds with the earlier article) to take up an appointment in the office of the Oversea-Chinese Association and now is in charge of the work to look after the 46 Po Leung Kok girls in the settlement, living in the same house with them, in company with her 2 young children and an assistant for over 3 months.
Margaret Pong Pan Yong passed away at the age of 64 at Mount Alvernia Hospital on 18 February 1984.

Ang Ann Beng of the Singapore Excise Department staff married Miss Tan Chwee Neo in July 1937.

Ang Ann Beng passed away at the age of 75 on 19 December 1921.

The marriage took place at the Registry of Marriages on 26 May 1945 between Mr. Henry Ang Ann Poh (third son of Mr. Ang Kay Cheong and the late Mrs. Ang Kay Cheong to Miss Nancy Chua (only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chua Chwee Tong).
In 1967, Ang Ann Poh was the recipient of 25 years service award from The Bata Shoe Co. Mr. Ang was a district sales promoter, joined the company in Singapore in 1940 as a clerk and later transferred to Klang company. Henry Ang Ann Poh passed away on 3 November 1996.
