The marriage of Mr. Lee Gair Poh (only son of Mrs. Lee Beo Ee and the late Mr. Lee Beo Ee) to Miss Tan Kheng Kwee ( second daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tan Chuan San) was solemnised at 56 Chulia Street on 3 December 2604 (1944).

The marriage of Mr. Cheah Khiam Hock (4th son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Cheah Peng Kwee of Johore Bahru) and Miss Tan Kim Kwee ( 3rd daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tan Chuan San of Singapore). The wedding was solemnised at the Singapore Marriage Registry on 22 September 1947.
Daughter: Tan Siok Kwee / Mary Tan Siok Kwee
The engagement was announced on 22 October 1957 between Sunny Lim Kin Chwee (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Lim Sim Chye and adopted son of the late Madam Chan Siew Choo (nee Nya Chantek) and Mary Tan Siok Kwee (youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tan Chuan San).
