Seah Swee Kiat was born on 12 June 1909 and passed away on 23 July 1939. From the burial registrar Seah Swee Kiat dialect was listed as Teochew and the age when he passed away was 31.

Daughters: Seah Tay Kee, Seah Kim Kee
Interestingly as we know from the burial registrar that Seah Swee Kiat was Teochew, but the design of his tomb is of very Hokkien design.
