Madam Lee Guat Goh wife of Mr. Chia Cheow Beng passed away at the age of 50 on 24 February 1944. Listed on her tomb are the names of her children;

Grandson: James Chia
Granddaughter: Elizabeth Chia
It is a wartime tomb with beautiful decorative tiles.
