The address of the obituary, Blk 23 Bedok South Ave 1, lead me to theorize that Louis Ho Eng Kwee and Michael Ho Eng Choon could be brothers and sons of Ho Kee Hoo.
Louis Ho Eng Kwee passed away at the age of 85 on 27 Oct 1996.
Sons: Douglas Ho Boon Chuan, Harold Ho Boon Teck
Daughter-in-law: Susan Ng Hiang Kheng
Sister: Lily Ho
Granddaughter: Patricia Ho Zhi Ling
I found out that Ho Eng Kwee passed away while crossing the road by a motorcycle along Upper Changi Road East in front of the Bedok Oriental Emporium after buying a walkman for her granddaughter, Patricia Ho.
