Madame Lee Keow Ee (Mrs. Tan Choon Long) passed away at the age of 43 on 13th December 1927. On the marble slab on one of the tomb shoulders, it states she left behind 11 children.

In the newspaper archives, it was mentioned that Mr. Tan Choon Long and family thanked those who attended the night visits and funeral of the late Madame Lee Kiew Ee.

Mrs. Tan Kiow Cher nee Wee Gek Kee passed away at her residence, No. 22-3 Emerald Hill Road on 15 May 1929 at the age of 67. She is the mother of Tan Choon Long. She leaves behind her 6 sons, 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-law and 50 grandchildren. She is buried in Bukit Brown.
