The western style tomb of Goh Khek Sin / Gaw Khek Sin (24th May 1882 -7th June 1936) and his wife, Kwa Kiong Neo (31st April 1886 - 12th November 1942) in Hill 4 Block A is a tomb you can't miss if you are exploring that area. Goh Khek Sin is the eldest son of Gaw Boon Chan and Madam Madam Tan Eng Neo. There were reports of him purchasing 10 pieces of freehold land at Rangoon Road of 18,300 sq ft for $1,200 in January 1918. Goh Khek Sin passed away on 7th June 1936 at his residence No 203, Moulmein Road.

Wife: Kwa Kiong Neo
I am not able to find much information about Kwa Kiong Neo, but according to geni.com, Kwa Kwa Kiong Neo is the daughter of Kwa Wan Hong and Tan Kiak Kiem Nio. Other than the fact that they originated also from Semarang before settling down in Singapore, Kwa Kiong Neo is the sister of Kwa Siew Tee. (for those familiar Kwa Siew Tee is the father of Kwa Geok Choo.
Family
Son: Goh Sin SittGoh Sin Sitt was in the shipping business and married Margery North. During the Japanese invasion and eventual occupation of Singapore, they evacuated to India and after the war, the settled in England. They have 1 child, Pat Goh.
Son:Goh Sin Ee
Mr. Goh Sin Ee (son of the late Mr Goh Khek Sin and Mrs Goh Khek Sin) married Miss Tan Ai Tee (daughter of Mr. Tan Sew Aik and the late Mrs Tan Sew Aik) at Wesley Church in November 1938.

Goh Sin Ee passed away on 27th February 1983. He is survived by his wife, Tan Ai Tee, sons; Allen Goh Bin Sin, Goh Bin Liong, Goh Bin Tiong, daughter; Elinor Goh Tiong Siew
Daughter: Miss Susie Gaw
Miss Susie Gaw (daughter of the late Gaw Khek Sin and Mrs. Gaw Khek Sin) married Mr. Oscar Manson Hing (of Gammon Malaya) at the Chinese Presbyterian Church in Prinsep Street on 15 January 1938. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr. Gaw Khek Chiew. The bridesmaid was Miss Florrie Gaw, best man; Dr. K.S. Oon, page boy; Bobby Ong and page girl, Phyllis Tan.
Daughter: Miss Florie Gaw
I don't have much information about her at the moment.
