Khaw Beng Liew passed away at the age of 46 on 29 June 1939. In the newspaper article, he was listed as 47 and his residence was at 444 Serangoon Road. He is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law, Mr. Tan Keng Seng, 1 grandson, 2 granddaughters.

Location of tomb
The headstone and shoulders of the tomb of Mr. Khaw Beng Liew and Madam Kwai Cheng are made of huge thick beautiful marble. Unfortunately, they have not been visited for many many years.
