Madam Tan Cheng Neo passed away at the age of 68 on 29 November 1945. Listed on her tomb are the name of her children;

From the various articles, i gather that Madam Tan Cheng Neo is likely Mrs. Tay Kee Choon.

The only mention i could find of Tay Kee Choon was a article in 15 March 1913 which mentions that Tay Kee Choon, a Straits-born was charged with being drunk and incapable in Malabar Street. Police Constable No.48 found him lying on the roadside drunk. He was taken to the police station in a rickshaw. Tay Kee Choon pleaded guilty saying his friends left him there. He was fined $1.

The marriage of Mr. Tay Siong Guan (eldest son of Mrs. Tay Kee Choon) to Miss Ee Lee Neo (only daughter of Mr. Ee Ann Poh) took place at 20 Crane Road off Joo Chiat Road, the residence of the bridegroom. Over 200 hundred people including some Europeans attended and were served with Chinese and Malay dishes at the lawn. The Gaylads Minstrels provided the musical entertainment.
Tay Siong Guan was also a member of the Union Sporting Association.
Mr. Tay Siong Moh entertained a large party of friends to dinner at Crane Road on 17 January 1935 on the occasion of the marriage of his cousin, Mr. Tay Siong Guan (eldest son of Mr. Tay Kee Choon and of the late Mr. Tay Kee Choon).

Tay Siong Moh was more many years an employee of the Goodyear Orient Co. (He received his 30 years service award in 1948).
The Singapore Buddhist Union has received a gift of about 6,000 square feet of land at Jalan Senyum, off Changi Road from Madam Wee Beng Kim, wife of Mr. Tay Siong Moh (1 September 1952)
