The wedding took place in Singapore in January 1913 between Wee Tiong Yeok (grandson of the ex-Capitan China, Wee Leong Tan and the son of Mr. Wee Koen Poey, the late Capitan China of Bengkalis) to Miss Khoo Bee Neo (the great granddaughter of the the late Capitan Wee Ba Kee of Rhio and daughter of Mr. Khoo Kim Tee of Singapore.

The engagement was announced in October 1949 between Richard Khoo Hock Ho (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. (Khoo) Wee Boon Chwee ) and Miss Lily Woo Poh Kwai (daughter of Madam Wong Kwai Mui and the late Mr. Woo Ah Kow).
