Teoh Hoe Khuan / S.K. Teoh was born on 12 July 1888 and passed away on 29 January 1952. He was 65 and was a government pensioner with over 25 year of service. He retired in 1933 as chief clerk of the Customs and Excise Department in Seremban. He leaves behind a widow, 3 sons and 4 daughters. One of his son is Teoh Seng Khoon, Thomas Cup and Perak Badminton Player.

Teoh Seng Khoon passed away in Ipoh at the age of 99 on 31 July 2018. He was the last surviving member of the 1949 Thomas Cup winning team, the first time Malaya won the cup. His team mates included tram Captain, Lim Chuan Geok, Chan Kon Leong, Ooi Teik Hock, Law Teik Hock, Lim Kee Fong, Pong Poh Lim, Wong Peng Soon and Yeoh Teck Chye. The Malayan Team beat Denmark 9-7 in Preston on 26 February 1949.
