Tan Ah Moei Neo passed away at the age of 49 on 10 September 1940. The names of her children listed on her tomb;

Location of tomb
Madam Tan Ah Moei tomb is overgrown and covered by Caryota palm ( also known as fishtail palm). It is located at Block 3 Section C, close to road that forks (upwards to Ong Sam Leong) and downwards towards Toa Payoh Cemetery.
