The clue that help me determine who Madam Koh Gueok Neo was (she was a wife of Mr. Koh Seck Kiat), was the find of the obituary notice of Madam Lee Loon Neo (another wife of Mr. Koh Seck Kiat).

Madam Lee Loon Neo, widow of the late Mr. Koh Seck Kiat, aged 77 at her residence 102 Chin Swee Rd on 2 September 1924 at 2:30 pm. She leaves behind 2 sons; Messrs. Koh Tiong Chwee and Koh Tiong Chee, 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-laws, Messrs. Chua Lip Chay and Chia Keng Sian and 7 grandchildren. Interment was reported to be located at Sang Kow Tiann.

Mrs. Chia Keng Sian nee Koh Chwee Hay passed away at the age of 47 at 11:30 am on 18 April 1932 at her residence, No. 9 Scotts Road.  She leaves behind her husband and 2 sons; Chia Teck Yew and Chia Teck Chye. She is buried in Bukit Brown. 

Son: Koh Tiong Chwee 

[Possible lead] 26 January 1936 - The wedding took place in Singapore of Mr. Koh Cheng Ann (elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Koh Tiong Chwee) and Miss Soh Choo Neo ( second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Soh Hway Seoh).
