The ceramic portrait of Linda Mah Fei Yin and her son Gabriel Lek Tze Hui caught my eye while exploring Mandai Columbarium. Linda Mah was only 27 years old and Gabriel Lek was only 21 months old when they both passed away on 4 August 1982.

I was very curious as to what happened and found out soon enough that mother and son passed away tragically in road accident in Perak, Malaysia on 4 August 1982. Forever missed by husband / father - Michael Lek Cheng Chua.
