Mr. Tan Huck Khong was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tan Chong Lay and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tan Kheam Hock. He was once buried in Bukit Brown at Block 2 but eventually removed due to the Lornie Highway construction. His next resting place was in Mandai Columbarium.
Mr. Tan Huck Khong was born on 13 December 1913 and passed away at the age of 30 on 26 April 1943. He is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Tan Chong Lay and brother of Tan Poey Swan.
Listed on his tomb are the name of his children,

Daughter: Tan Liam Sim, Tan Liam Kwa

The words on his niche are the same as his former tomb with one exception, the information on the tomb shoulders (the name of his son and daughters) are unfortunately not etched here.
