Mr. Lim Keng Yew (林敬由) passed away a the age of 62 on 20th July 1940. Their daughter, Lim Hock Neo is listed on the tomb, hence i am able to 100% match the relationship between Lim Keng Yew and Madam Goh Chit Nia. Mr. Lim Keng Yew was one of the people affected by the 8 lane highway. His peg number was 2304.
