Ang Boon Seng passed away at the age of 76 on 30th June 1940. He left behind his beloved widow and the following children;
3 sons: Ang Hock Beng, Ang Hock Cheng, Ang Hock Leng
4 daughters: Ang Choon Neo, Ang Liat Neo, Ang Quek Neo, Ang Kim Neo
Grandchildren: Ang Boon Tat, Ang Boon Hin, Ang Soon Neo, Ang Soon Kim
4 daughters: Ang Choon Neo, Ang Liat Neo, Ang Quek Neo, Ang Kim Neo
Grandchildren: Ang Boon Tat, Ang Boon Hin, Ang Soon Neo, Ang Soon Kim

Ang Boon Seng is buried in Block 3 Section A, plot 1294.
