Wee Yew Teng passed away at the age of 53 on 23th January 1930. He is the father of Wee Kim Suah, John and Wee Kim Choo. From accounts of the Singapore Tombstones Epigraphic article, one of Wee Yew Teng's daughter is Wee Kim Choo. Wee Kim Choo is one the wife of Mr. Lim Khiam Soon.
