Kam Swee Guan passed away at the age of 44 on 6 August 1942.  In a 1933 article, Kum Swee Guan was listed as the Chairman of the Popular Aerated Works Limited that went into Voluntary Liquidation on December 1933.

Kam Keng Siang passed away at the age of 61 on January 11, 1926 at his residence in No 22 and 22-1 Kerbau Lane. He leaves behind his widow, four sons; Kam Swee Hin, Kam Swee Guan, Kam Swee Beng, Kam Swee Kiat, two daughters; Kam Swee Neo, Kam Swee Bee, a son-in-law, Chua Cheng Quee and several grandchildren. Kam Keng Siang was buried in Hill 1 Block B plot 65 on 24 January 1926. Probate of his will was granted to Tay Choo Neo (his wife), Kam Swee Guan and Kam Swee Beng.

Kam Eng Cheong

The was a September 1951 article of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kam Eng Cheong cutting their wedding cake. Mr. Kam is the only son of Mrs. Kam Swee Guan and the late Mr. Kam Swee Guan. The bride, Miss. Nellie Gan is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gan Hock Hoe.

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Tan were married at the Singapore Registry in November 1949. Mr. Peter Tan is the son of the late Mr. Tan Boon Teng. Miss Lily Kam is the daughter of the late Mr. Kam Swee Kuan and Khoo Wah Neo. Lily Kam passed away at the age of 88 on 20 September 2011. Mr. Peter Tan passed away at the age of 90 on 25 August 2005. The wake was at held at 83 Mariam Way.
