Location of tomb

Interestingly enough the obituary notice mentions that the cortege left for Bukit Brown. The fact is that her tomb is not in Bukit Brown. The tomb is located at the boundaries between Bukit Brown Municipal Cemetery and Toa Payoh Cemetery in an area colloquially known as "Gelong Pah". The second thing that you might notice is the engraving on the tomb list her date of death as 23 -12- 54 (December) but the papers list her death date as 23-1-54. In short mistakes on both sides ! This also reminds of another person, Loo Boon Kwee who was listed to have been buried in Buddhist Burial Ground, Bidadari, but tomb found in also this area we call "Gelong Pah".
