Mr. Lim Hock Yan passed away at the age of 44 on 13 February 1936. Madam Tan Bee Cheok passed away at the age of 24 on 15 August 1926. Her tomb is unique as it clearly states that not only Tan Bee Cheok is the wife of Lim Hock Yan, it also links the relationship that Madam Tan Bee Cheok is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Tan Gim Wee. This is rare to see on tombs especially for woman during that time.
