Seeing double - the 2 tombstone of Mrs. Ee Ban Seng (Bukit Brown)

It started with a stone on a ground covered with earth which i accidentally stepped on. After carefully clearing it, it was all carved in English and the words were very clear and legible;

610
Mrs. Ee Ban Seng
nee
Madam Tan Guek Neo
Died 25 December 1945
age 64
Sons - 2
Daughters - 1
Grandchildren - 3

Mrs. Ee Ban Seng headstone on the ground (after clearing)

The headstone was located in a strange area as the plot number 610 does not match the proximity of the others tombstones nearby. Walking around a bit further (2 rows up), i was stumped as i saw the same tomb of Mrs. Ee Ban Seng nee Madam Tan Guek Neo (in fact everything matches !) but at its proper location. The headstone looks newer and of course it was upright with bricks for its tomb shoulder. What has probably happened was the headstone was redone sometime ago and the original headstone was not disposed off properly. I have seen tombs that were redone before and the headstone placed beside the tomb but this is the first for me.
