Mrs. Choo Ewe Beng nee Chia Beo Neo passed away at the age of 31 on 27 July 1935.
Mr. Choo Ewe Beng passed away at the age of 36 at No. 73 Tiong Bahru Road on 12 July 1939. He leaves behind his wife, 2 sons, Choo Hoe Hup and Choo Hoe Chiang, 1 daughter, Choo Geok Neo and his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Choo Cheng Luan. (Mr. Choo Ewe Beng is buried in Bukit Brown).
