Madam Lim Eng Neo (Bukit Brown)

Madam Lim Eng Neo passed away at the age of 73 on 2 January 1926. Listed on her tomb are the name of her children;
Sons: Tan Swee Hin, Tan Chin Hock 

Daughter: Tan Geok Neo

Grandson: Tan Boon Teck, Tan Boon Hee

Granddaughter: Tan Choo Neo 

Daughter-in-law: Mrs. Tan Swee Hin nee Kim Kim Neo alias Besar

Mrs. Tan Swee Hin nee Kim Kim Neo alias Besar passed away at the age of 50 at her residence No. 14-A, Lorong L, Telok Kurau on 21 September 1930. She leaves behind her husband, 2 sons, B.T. Tan and Henry Tan, 2 daughters, Tan Choo Neo and Mary Tan, 1 son-in-law and 1 daughter-in-law and 1 grandson. (Malacca papers please copy). She is buried in Bukit Brown. Mr. Tan Swee Hin and family thanked relatives, friends, member of the Bukom Chinese Club, Amateur Sporting Association and The Amicable Athletic Association. 

What is also unique is the England transfer print tiles seen on the tomb. They look the same but they are actually not if you look carefully at the purple glaze applied on the tiles. Another thing to note the word son was spelt wrongly as "SAN".
