Lim Keng Tiam passed away at the age of 56 on 7 September 2602 (1942). Listed on his tomb are the name of his children;

Madam Gan Chin Neo, wife of the late Mr. Lim Kim Tian passed away at the age of 79 on 30 May 1939. Madam Goh Chin Neo, wife of the late Mr. Lim Kim Tian passed away on 30 May 1939 at her residence, No 355-D, Kim Chuan Road at the age of 79. She leaves behind one son, Mr. Lim Keng Tiam of the Successors of Moine Comte & Co, Ltd, 3  daughters (Lim Choon Neo, Chua Kim Neo, Chua Ker Chia), many grandchildren (Lim Buck Leng, Lim Hian Chye, Lim Hian Hock, Lim Hian Beng, Lim Hian Ong, Lim Hian Lee, Lim Hian Quee, Chua Kim Jee, Chua Hina Poh) and great-grand children. Listed at the tomb are the names of her 2 daughter-in-laws (Low Leng Hay, Ong Ah Chup)

She leaves behind her husband, 2 sons, Lim Hian Chye, Lim Hian Hock, a daughter and several relatives.
