Neo Guan Beng (Bukit Brown)

Neo Guan Beng's tomb is beautiful with unique cursive font type used for his headstone and not forgetting also the beautiful decorative tiles. However it was damaged and the marble slab beneath the altar table where the names were was buried under soil and rubble. Fortunately, we dug it out and from there can document his family tree. My suspicion also was the tomb doesn't seem to be an exhumed tomb but rather hit by something large (possibly a fallen tree in the past ? -but that is theory for now).

Neo Guan Beng passed away at the age of 73 on 28 September 1933. From his beautiful tomb of decorative tiles, the name of his children are as follows;
Sons: Neo Soon Keng, Neo Soon Kim, Neo Soon Kiat, Neo Soon How, Neo Soon Kiang
Daughters: Neo Cheng Neo
Grandsons: Neo Hock Swee, Neo Hock Leng, Neo Hock Heng, Neo George Seng
Granddaughters: Neo Swee Neo, Neo Ah Loei, Neo Molly, Neo Janey, Neo Choo Neo

Neo Guan Beng was the superintendent of the Gunong Sayang Association (1912). Other than that, i don't have much information about him.
