Chew Hock Ann and family (Bukit Brown)

Chew Hock Ann is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Chew Boon Lay. Chew Hock Ann was the manager of the family estate in Kukop, Johor. He passed away at his residence, No 174 Charlton Lane on 28 April 1954 at the age 73. He leaves behind 1 son, Chew Chin Lye, 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, Gan Kee Tian, Wee Kim Poh, 1 daughter-in-law and 17 grandchildren. 

Madam Tan Cheng Lia nee Mrs. Chew Hock Ann passed away at the age of 60 on 12 January 2603 (1943) at 174 Charlton Lane leaving behind her husband, 3 sons, (Chew Chin Chong, Chew Chin Joo and Chew Chin Lye), 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law (Gan Kee Tian and Tan Beng Hoe), 1 daughter-in-law and 13 grandchildren.

Chew Hock Ann

Son: Chew Chin Chong

Chew Chin Chong married Gan Choo Neo (daughter of Gan Tiang Kwee and granddaughter of Gan Eng Seng). Chew Chin Chong passed away 10th June 1949 at the age of 36, leaving behind his father, wife and 8 children. 

Sons: Chew Joo Huat, Chew Joo Seng, Gan Hui Keng, Chew Joo Kim, 

Daughters Alice Chew, Florence Chew, Irene Chew, Sybil Chew

He is buried in Block 3, Section B, plot 1252.

Chew Chin Chong (son of Chew Hock Ann)

Daughter: Chew Kok Neo / Mrs. Tan Beng Hoe

Tan Beng Hoe (second son of Mr. and Mrs. Tan Ek Lee) got engaged to Miss Chew Kok Neo (second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chew Hock Ann). The marriage will take place on 3 November 1937. 

Daughter: Chew Tin Neo  / Rosy Chew Tin Neo / Mrs. Wee Kim Poh 

Mr. Wee Kim Poh (eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Wee Peow Yong) married Miss Rosy Chew Tin Neo (youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chew Hock Ann) on 28th March 2605 (1945).
