Phuah Sian Kee was the Hon. Auditor of the Asiatic Mutual Association in 1919. He was also with the Tiang Ho Kok Association. Beyond that i am not sure what was his occupation at this point of time. Phuah Sian Kee passed away at the age of 46 on 18 August 1941. Madam Chia Kim Geok passed away at the age of 69 on 18 January 1962.
Phuah Sian Kee passed away at No. 22 Sturrock Road on 18 August 1941 age 46. He leaves behind his wife, a son, Mr. Phuah Swee Lian and a daughter to mourn his loss.

Phuah Chong Tin passed away at the age of 50 on 6 May 1924 at his residence No 537 East Coast Road opposite 6th Mile Stone. He is the father of Messrs. Phuah Sian Kee, Phuah Sian Keng, Phuah Sian Poh and brothers and sisters. Phuah Chong Tin is buried in Bukit Brown.

Phuah Swee Lian (eldest son of Madam Chia Kim Geok and the late Mr. Phuah Sian Kee) got engaged to Ivy Cheang Sim Neo (second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cheang Thiam Leong ). Phuah Swee Lian passed away on 6 November 1976 leaving by his wife and a daughter, Phuah Poh Choo. The family of the late Mr. Phuah Swee Lian thanked relatives, friends and staff of Sin Soon Huat Pte Ltd. Ivy Cheang Sim Neo passed away at the age of 88 on 19 January 2009.

The engagement was announced on 11 July 1948 between Mr. Yuen Hon Chong (second son of Madam Leong Yin Cheng and the late Mr. Yuen Chong Kok ) and Miss Phuah Chye Bee (the only daughter of Madam Chia Kim Geok and the late Mr. Phuah Sian Kee ). Yuen Hon Chong was a long term employer of Lever Bros, rose the ranks to be the Chief Accountant and retired as the Commercial Director after 24 years of service in 1972.
