Madam Tan Guat Neo passed away at the age of 75 on 3 July 1929.
Listed on her tomb are her children;
Son: Lim Teck Lay
Grandsons: Lim Swee Tian, Lim Swee Cheng, Lim Swee Chim.
The tomb of Madam Tan Guat Neo was badly damaged by a fallen tree and headstone collapsed. It was uprighted allowing us to take the picture below.

With the son name as Lim Teck Lay and grandsons as Lim Swee Tian and Lim Swee Cheng, it matches closely with Lim Teck Lay who passed away at the age of 51 at his residence in 163 Tank Road on 14 January 1941.
Another clue was the ancestry province and town on the 2 headstones, i believe matches as well.
