Mrs. Chee Ee Bong nee Chua Kim Neo, 75 passed away at her residence at No 160 Rangoon Road, on 17 November 1931. She is survived by her 3 sons; Chee Kum Cheng, Chee Kee Cheng, Chee Koon Cheng and 1 daughter (Mrs. Lim Teck Hin).
On her tomb, the words etched is that she is the mother of;

Granddaughters: Chee Peck Neo, Chee Peck Lee, Chee Peck Lian, Chee Peck Joon, Chee Peck Geok, Chee Peck Boey, Chee Peck Boey, Chee Peck Hoon, Chee Peck Hua
Great granddaughter: Chee Kee Lian
