Madam Ho Sim Geok passed away at the age of 27 due to dengue fever on 17 May 1945 a year after giving birth to a baby boy. From the tomb of Madam Ho Sim Geok, i can make out that she is survived by 2 sons and 1 daughter.

It is very fortunate that i am able to write this article with the information from Madam Ho Sim Geok's grand daughter, Alison Chang (the daughter of the baby son of Madam Ho Sim Geok born in 1944).
