Ang Chin Chia passed away at the age of 64 on 29 November 1927. Listed on the tomb are the name of his children;
3 Sons: Ang Kok Kah, Ang Kok Tin, Ang Kok Tan 

2 daughters: Ang Boey Neo, Ang Bee Neo

7 grandsons: Ang Peng Guan, Ang Peng Kiat, Ang Peng Hock, Ang Peng Siew, Ang Peng Chuan, Ang Boon Leng 

2 granddaughters: Ang Beng Choo, Ang Beng Hong
