Chan Choon Teck and Yeo Boon Neo (Bukit Brown)

Chan Choon Teck passed away at the age of 65 at his residence, No. 104 Tembeling Road on 24 February 1934. He leaves behind 2 sons, Chan Hup Soon and Chan Hup Chwee, 6 daughters, 5 sons-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, 19 grandchildren (S.S, F.M.S. and Bangkok papers, please copy).

Yeo Boon Neo passed away in July 1955 at the age of 80. She is buried in Bukit Brown (although her tomb was not updated with death date information, i.e. no carving to mention date of death). 

Information i gathered from the carvings of the tomb of Mr. Chan Choon Teck and Madam Yeo Boon Neo.

Daughters: Chan Lee Neo (Mary), Chan Bee Neo (Baby), Chan Choo Neo (Oon Choot), Chan Chit Neo (Nung), Chan Choon Neo (Besar), Chan Gek Kim (Kim)
Grandson: Chan Thiam Soo




Son: Chan Hup Soon 
Friends from various communities assembled at 174 Tanjong Pagar Road on 5 February 1920 on the  invite send out by Chan Choon Teck on the occasion of the marriage of his eldest son, Mr. Chan Hup Soon. The Merrilads Musical Association had a performance practice at the residence, 104 Tembeling Road on July 1934.

Like his brother, he was involved in the Merrilads Musical Association and 104 Tembeling Road was also mentioned as placed of practiced in 1934. 

Daughter: Chan Choo Neo alias Chan Oon Choot
The engagement is announced of Mr. Lim Boon Hoe of 21 Parkstone Road (third son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lim Chong Teck) to Madam Chan Choo Neo alias Chan Oon Choot (third daughter of the Mr. Chan Choon Teck and Mrs. Chan Choon Teck of No. 13 Lorong 41 Geylang). The wedding took place at Kampong Kapor Methodist Church and was solemnised by Rev. Goh Hood Keng on May 1937.
