Tan Tian Lye passed away at the age of 48 at his residence, No. 2 Upper Perak Road on 13 June 1932. He leaves behind his wife, 4 sons ( Tan Eng Leong, Tan Eng Guan, Tan Eng Kim, Tan Eng Kee), 3 daughters, 1 son-in-law (Wee Sian Keng), 1 daughter-in-law and 1 grand daughter.
Madam Lim Peck Neo passed away on 7 April 1972.
