Mr. Sng Kan Nah passed away on 3rd November 1930 at the age of 76. From a newspaper article; Madam Lim Siak Neo, Wee Teck Swee, Wee Teck Bock, Wee Teck Leong, Sng Teck Hoe, Teh Ewe Lan, Teh Sim Kay (of Kampar), Chee Swee Kiat, Er Chee Seng, Tan Joo Kian and Tan Soon Leong, thanked relatives and friends who attended the funeral of the late Mr.Sng Kan (beloved father of Sng Teck Hoe, of Singapore Municipality. Sng Kan Nah /Sng Khan Ngah is buried in Hill 3 Section B, plot 641.

Madam Lim Siak Neo passed away at the age of 75 on 8th January 1932 at her residence No 44 Hindoo Road. She is survived by 4 sons; Wee Teck Swee, Wee Teck Bock, Wee Teck Leong, Sng Teck Hoe, 4 daughters-in-law, 5 daughters, 5 son-in-laws;  Teh Ewe Lan (of Amoy, China), Ee Kee Seng, Chee Swee Kiat, Tan Joo Kian and Tan Soon Leong, 46 grandchildren;  eldest are; Teh Seng Kay (of Kampar), Wee Guan Ho, Wee Guan Hai, Wee Guan Keh, Peng Lim, 2 grandsons-in-law; Tan Tiow Suan, Goh Hood Teh (of Bidor) and 2 grand daughters-in-law. Madam Lim Siak Neo is buried in Bukit Brown

I found the obituary notice of a Sng Teck Hoe that could likely be the son of Sng Kan. The name and occupation matches. Sng Teck Hoe was the chief clerk of Internal Audit Dept., Municipality, Singapore passed away on 2nd April 1941 at General Hospital. He leaves behind his wife, 5 sons, Sng Guan Seng, Sng Guan Choon, Sng Guan Swan, Sng Guan Chye, Sng Guan Bee, 6 daughters, 2 sons-in-law; Mr. Ong Eng Kee and Mr. Tan Soo Choo, 5 grandchildren. The cortege left Sng Teck Hoe residence at 16, Upper Perak Road for Bukit Brown. Sng Teck Hoe and his wife, Madam Koh Poh Choo were affected by the highway (tag 1074) and was exhumed in December 2013. Their exhumation was documented by his grandson, Alvin Sng and published on the Peranakan (2014, Issue 2).
