One of the most interesting offerings i have seen to-date is the huge number of crabs and cockles placed on plates as offerings. i also observed on both sides, ashes of burnt paper offerings and on-top is the offering of a whole duck and chicken and 1 more unknown object.
I was told this are offerings for the 5 Hell Warriors or Generals (五瘟 / 五陰) , hence the 5 plates with 5 items to obtain money or wealth luck. I am no expert in this area, but nevertheless this are very interesting to document

So who are these 5 Hell Warriors or Generals (五瘟 / 五陰). On one of my previous trips, i saw effigy representations of them.
