Koh Seng Soon and family (Bukit Brown)

Koh Seng Soon, managing partner of Messrs. Seng Soon & Co, passed away peacefully at the age of 47 at his residence, "Kelantan Villa", No 93 Koon Seng Road on 7th January 1940 . He leaves behind his mother, wife and 2 sons, Messrs. Koh Hood Poh and Koh Hood Kiang, 2 daughters (Koh Tengah, Koh Nona) and 1 daughter-in-law and 1 grand daughter . He is buried in Bukit Brown. I have yet to find the tomb of Mr. Koh Seng Soon. The executors to his estate were granted to Chan Geok Eng and Koh Hood Poh.

Mrs Koh Seng Soon nee Chan Teck Neo passed away at the age of 35 on December 1930. 

Sons : Koh Hood Poh, Koh Hood Kiang, 

Daughters: Koh Tengah, Koh Nona  

Madam Chan Teck Neo nee Mrs. Koh Seng Soon

Mother: Madam Tan Siok Hay alias Bibik Kelantan

Madam Tan Siok Hay alias Bibik Kelantan (the late Mr. Koh Seng Soon'mother passed away at the age of 75 on 29th June 1941 at her residence, No 93 Koon Seng Road leaving behind :

1 son: Mr. Koh Seng Lye, 

10 grandsons: Messrs. Koh Hood Poh, Koh Hood Kiang, Koh Kit Keng, Koh Kim Hock, Lee Beng Chwee, Lee Beng Hee, Lee Beng Hock, Lee Chuan Li, Ong Tay Gee, Ong Tay Sar

1 son-in-law,: Mr. Ong Kong Gwi, 

1 grandson-in-law, Mr. Chan Chim Bong, 

1 daughter, 2 daughters-in-law, 8 grand daughters, 1 granddaughter-in-law, and 1 great grand daughter.  Burial is at Bukit Brown. 

Son: Koh Hood Kiang 

Koh Hood Kiang (brother of Mr. Koh Hood Poh and second son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Koh Seng Soon) and Miss Chia Swee Neo (eldest daughter of Mrs. Chia Eng Cheong and the late Mr. Chia Eng Cheong)
