Chia Soon Kim and family (Bukit Brown)

Madam Soon Siew Neo passed away at the age of 47 at 21, Sophia Road on 13 August 1924. She is the wife of Mr. Chia Soon Kim and mother of Mr. Chia Choo Seah and mother-in-law of Mr. Lim Tua Tee. (Bangkok papers please copy). The tomb of Mr. Chia Soon Kim does not have a death date etched on it.

Children of Chia Soon Kim 

Mother: Chew Leng Choo
Chew Leng Choo passed away at the age of 81 at her residence, No. 29 Exeter Road, off Killiney Road on 4 January 1934. She is the mother of Chia Soon Kim and grandmother of Chia Choo Seah. (Bangkok papers please copy). When she passed away she was buried in Bukit Brown with his grandson, Chia Gek Seah who passed away in 1931 at the age of 6. 

Wife: Guat Suat Neo
Chia Soon Kim married Miss Goh Suat Neo (daughter of Mrs. Goh Chye Lay nee Wee Pok Neo and the late Mr. Goh Chye Lay) on 28 May 1933 at No. 533 Geylang Road.

Son: Chia Choo Seah
Chia Choo Seah is a staff of Chartered Bank. (I have no further information about him)

Madam Koh Geok Neo (wife of Mr. Chia Choo Seah) passed away at the age of 32 at her residence No. 128 Rangoon Road on 27 March 1934. She is buried in Bukit Brown.

Son: Chia Gek Seah
Chia Gek Seah passed away at the age of 6 years old on 24 October 1931. He is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Chia Soon Kim (Madam Koh Leng Choo), 60 Koek Road.

Daughter: Chia Chit Neo
The wedding of Mr. Tay Boon Chiang (eldest son of the late Mr. Tay Kim Seng and of Mrs. Tay Kim Seng) and Miss Chia Chit Neo (6th daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chia Soon Kim) at Cairnhill Road in May 1935.

Son: Chia Cheok Seah / Charlie Chia Cheok Seah
On 25 March 1946, Charlie Chia Cheok Seah (eldest son of Madam Goh Suat Neo (Mrs. Chia Soon Kim and the late Mr. Chia Soon Kim) and Lucy Thung Gek Hong (eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thung Toh Tee), both of Singapore. 

Daughter: Chia Chung Neo / Margaret Chia Chung Neo

David Lee Fatt Yong (only son of the late Mr. Lee Gee Keng and Madam Chan Lye Fong) and Margaret Chia Chung Neo (youngest daughter of the late Mr. Chia Soon Kim and Madam Goh Suat Neo).
