Lim Hong Eok (林鴻鴰 1855 -1934) passed away at the age of 80 and was buried in Bukit Brown on 9 September 1934. Listed on his tomb are his children;

Lim Nee Yam, lighter contractor passed away on 15 August 1956. Lim Nee Yam's tomb was also affected by the highway. The tomb peg number is 2964.
