Tan Phong Sye Neo / Tan Phong Sai / Mrs. Chua passed away at the age of 22 on 13 November 1926.

The first thing that struck me was that Madam Tan Phong Sai nee Mrs. Chua must have married early to have already 3 daughters when she passed away so young at the age of 22.
